This site is in memory of Aaliyah. Like many musicians such as Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, John Denver, and Rick Nelson have died in tragic plane crashes. Tragically on August 25, 2001, it claimed the life of the reigning Queen of R&B music, Aaliyah. Aaliyah was so full of talent and life, and at the young age of 22 years old she was taken from us. But we shouldn't mourn her death, we should celebrate her life.
